1.1 Scope
This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the return, exchange, and refund of products purchased from Eleve India Exports Private Limited (“Company”, “Eleve”, “we”, or “our”) via the Company’s website. By placing an order, you (“Customer” or “you”) acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined herein.
1.2 Modification Rights
The Company reserves the right to update, amend, or revise this Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
1.3 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
The Company shall facilitate returns or exchanges in the following cases:

The product delivered does not match the order placed.

The product has a genuine manufacturing defect.

The product has been damaged during shipping.
2.1 Reporting Timeframe

Customers must notify the Company of any issues within 3 business days of receiving the order.

Requests made after this period may not be eligible for return or exchange.
2.2 Condition of Returned Items

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Products must be returned in their original, undamaged condition.
2.3 Exceptions

If the delivery address provided by the Customer is incorrect or incomplete, or the shipment is refused, refunds may not be issued.

International shipments refused due to unpaid duties/fees or non-collection will not be eligible for a refund.
Return Process

Document the Issue: Record an unboxing video and take photographs of the product upon delivery.

Notify the Company: Contact support@elevedecor.in within 48 hours, providing the video/photos and a description of the issue.

Ship the Item: Upon approval, ship the item to the following address:

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the Company will initiate the refund within 3–4 business days.

Refunds will be credited using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by banking or financial institutions.
Limitation of Liability

Except as expressly provided under this Policy or applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from returns, exchanges, or refunds.
