This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) governs the shipment and delivery of products purchased from Eleve India Exports Private Limited (“Company”, “Eleve”, “we”, or “our”) via the Company’s website. By placing an order, you (“Customer” or “you”) acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth in this Policy.

The Company reserves the right to update, amend, or revise this Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.

1.3 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.

Order Processing & Delivery

2.1 Order Processing

  • All orders are subject to verification and acceptance by the Company.

  • Standard processing time is 1–2 business days from the date of payment confirmation.

  • The Company reserves the right to delay processing in the event of payment issues, product unavailability, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

2.2 Delivery Timeframe

  • Standard shipping is estimated to take 2–15 business days from dispatch, depending on the Customer’s location and product availability.

  • Delivery timelines are indicative and not guaranteed. The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or other events beyond its control.

2.3 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees, if any, will be calculated and presented at the time of checkout.

  • Free shipping promotions, where applicable, are subject to terms and conditions specified by the Company and may be withdrawn at its sole discretion.

Order Tracking & Risk of Loss

3.1 Order Tracking

  • Upon dispatch, the Customer will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Tracking details may be used to monitor shipment status directly with the courier service.

3.2 Risk of Loss

  • Risk of loss or damage to products remains with the courier until delivery is completed to the Customer’s designated address.

  • Customers are responsible for inspecting products upon delivery and reporting any visible damage or discrepancies immediately to support@elevedecor.in.

Shipping Exceptions

  • The Company shall not be liable for delays or non-delivery caused by:

    • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the Customer.

    • Customs clearance or regulatory delays for international shipments.

    • Acts of God, strikes, extreme weather, or other circumstances outside the Company’s reasonable control.

Limitation of Liability

  • Except as expressly provided under this Policy or applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from shipment delays, loss, or damage.
